Because of her magnetic character on both social media and the hit reality television series “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” Lisa Rinna is one of the most well-known celebrities in the world. People, on the other hand, are unable to identify her anytime she alters her appearance significantly, whether via the use of a wig or an extensive amount of makeup.
Elizabeth Deanne Rinna was born on July 11, 1963, and started her career as an actress and model before becoming a reality television star. After deciding at the age of 21 that she wanted to pursue a career in acting, Rinna was offered a role in the music video for the song “Naughty Naughty” by John Parr.
Her career took off, and she made appearances on a number of other television shows, including “The Hogan Family” in the year 1990. During that time period, she played the character of Jason Bateman’s on-screen love interest.
Rinna did not get her current level of immense recognition until she was cast in the role of Billie Reed on the popular NBC soap opera “Days of Our Lives,” which the audience loved and admired tremendously. Despite the fact that she stopped appearing on the program in 1995, she returned to play the part in the 21st century.
Acting credentials include “Robot Wars,” “Melrose Place,” “Vanished,” “Movie Stars,” “Good Advice,” “My Adventures in Television,” “8 Simple Rules,” and many more. Rinna is noted for her work in these and other shoaws.
After spending more than a decade working in the acting industry, Rinna moved on to become an industry powerhouse in the realms of hosting and reality television. The year 2002 marked the beginning of her career in presenting, when she was hired on as a presenter for the program “Soap Talk.”
However, out of all of her appearances, the public’s response to her reality program, “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” was the most polarizing. This was because she often butted heads with the other cast members.
In July of 2023, Lisa Rinna uploaded a video to her official Instagram account, in which she showed her style crew giving her a makeover and preparing her for a red carpet appearance.
In the video, the reality star could be seen sporting a light brown wig in place of her distinctive short hairdo. As a result, she was almost entirely unrecognizable. Rinna opted for a more provocative style for her appearance by wearing what looked to be a transparent top paired with a black tube that gave the impression of being made of latex.
In the backdrop, Rinna included the song “I’m Not Here to Make Friends” by Sam Smith, Calvin Harris, and Jessie Reyez.
After she uploaded the video, her supporters, followers, and even her detractors flooded the comment area with their various thoughts and criticisms about her appearance. The majority of these individuals were unhappy with how she appeared during the moment in question.
“Doesn’t even look like her. “Awful,” one of them wrote.
One individual was even under the impression that she was an impostor, as they asked, “What the hell happened??? Is this someone else entirely? Male impersonator, maybe?”
“What on earth have you done to ruin yourself? Another person said that it was growing progressively worse.
Another one joined in and seemed concerned about how she seemed, as they said, “OMG NOOOOO… ” in response to her appearance. I beg you to reassure me that’s only a filter! What in the earth are you doing to yourself, LISA, considering that you are one of the most beautiful women in the world?
In addition to the unexpected compliments she got, several people said that she resembled another star and said things like, “For a second there I thought you were (Brandi Glanville).”
Someone said that she reminded them of Jessica Rabbit from the cartoon Roger Rabbit.
Rinna has acknowledged that she had injections in the beginning of her career in response to speculation raised by internet users that she may have undergone cosmetic surgery or been treated with fillers.
The reality personality said in an interview with People Magazine conducted in 2010 that she got the idea for her lips from Barbara Hershey’s performance in the film “Beaches.”
Rinna was just 23 years old when she made the decision to have a permanent silicone filler placed on the upper area of her lips. Rinna has never looked back. After a decade had passed, she came to regret having the procedure done in the first place, despite the fact that at initially she was pleased with the outcomes.
Scar tissue began to form, and it was described as having a “hard and bumpy” texture. She attempted cortisone injections in an effort to alleviate the discomfort in her lip, but “it made them look worse.”
Finally, in August of 2010, the actress made the decision to cut down on the fillers, and her physician, Garth Fisher, reduced the size of the lip filler by thirty percent.
Rinna was pleased with the results of the treatment, as shown by the fact that she expressed her satisfaction to the outlet by saying, “You can see my teeth when I smile now, which you couldn’t do for a while.” I can’t help but break out in these huge grins!
Rinna Beauty was the name of the reality star’s self-titled beauty brand, which was introduced in the year 2020. The collection included a range of products, including plumping gloss, plumping oils, mascara, and other items.
During an interview with the Daily Mail UK, Rinna said that she often makes light of the fact that she jokes that her lips “have a career of their own.”
She continued by saying, “Not all of the responses to them were favorable. People used to have a pessimistic outlook in the past. However, I believe that they were accepted once I said, “These are my lips!” This is how things are,’” she said.
